Owners Jessica Kelsey and Jennifer Roots of Elmwood bought the old Yates City vet building and since then their business has just exploded. They have only been open for about 4 months and already they have a steady business and numerous customers that continue to come back. Even though Tuesdays are appointment only, they still welcome walk-ins for the rest of the week. If you need a last minute haircut then look no further then J and J's.
