Operations The structure of B.Y.E. consists of a board of directors elected from each of the three communities. Three from Brimfield, two from Yates City and three from Elmwood. Board meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in the B.Y.E. Office and are always open meetings. Annual meetings are the first Tuesday of June, held at the B.Y.E. Office and are also open meetings.
